This website is hosted on a Hetzner server. Your browser transmits technical information such as your IP address, the requested page, time of access and browser information to deliver the website and maintain its security. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Access to hosting infrastructure is restricted to the operator and its service providers.
Cookies and external content
This website does not use advertising pixels, analytics scripts, third-party font services or embedded social media widgets. The website itself does not set cookies or store preferences in your browser. Images and scripts are served locally. When you follow an external link, the destination’s privacy information applies.
Support requests
When you contact us, we process your name, email address and message to respond to your request. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual requests and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other correspondence. Please do not include payment card details or sensitive personal information in your message. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any applicable legal retention obligations.
Newsletter
With your consent, we process your email address and, if provided, your name to send news about Guild of Dragons. Subscription is managed through our Sendy installation at send.artcue.net, with emails delivered through Amazon Simple Email Service (SES). Both language versions submit to the same subscription list; the form does not transmit a language preference. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. A confirmation email is used to verify your subscription. You may withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in each newsletter, or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. We retain subscription information while you are subscribed and, where necessary, limited records to document consent or respect an unsubscribe request.
Purchases
Where purchasing is available, checkout takes place on PayPal’s website. PayPal processes payment information under its own privacy terms. We receive the order and contact information needed to fulfil purchases, provide support and meet accounting obligations. Contractual processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and statutory record keeping on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. We do not collect card numbers through this website.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the authority in your country of residence.
